Leonid Kanevsky

He is a famous russian actor that starred in Sledstvye Vyeli.. (The Investigation Is Led by...) crime series. People love him because of his charisma, when he was cheerfully telling viewer about simplest things like, for example, a TV: how every soviet citizen wanted to have one at home (especially a color capable one), how different models of TV's were valued more because of their unique qualities, how people tried to make best use of their old TV's. And at the end of this coolstory he was immediately saying something like "EXACTLY BECAUSE OF THIS TV THE VICTIM WAS BEATEN WITH A BOTTLE AND MURDERED" and the goofy sketch smoothly flows back to telling a true crime story. Cool show. Compilation of goofy moments here. Also YTP (been a while when I last saw one).
